OUR CENTENARY CELEBRATIONS
1922—2022

A personal invitation from the Chairman.

I'd like to welcome environmentalists everywhere to join us in our world-wide Centenary celebrations of the work of the ITF whose central office is sited in Oxford.

How can you get involved?
Most easily straightaway you can click on this card to visit the ITF website and view wonderful photographs taken of our global ventures and read about the impact the ITF is having on the environment and local communities around the world. If yours is a school engaging your pupils in an earth project, tell me about your activities especially if they involve plantings — but a poem or a prayer about our planet I'd love to hear too. If yours is a community group with a focus on forestry then we really must team up because in 2022 we're aiming to plant a tree on the very same day in 100 countries around the globe and you could get involved in our documentary video programme for which I'd welcome your input today in our planning. Write to me in person. I'm a close neighbour of yours: my family and I live in Woodstock. My name is Stephen Vickers and I'm the Chairman of the ITF Trustees. My personal email address is: stephen@vickers.education. Let's explore what we can achieve together, while we have time to prepare.

The Lies She Told
The Lies She Told
BY OXFORDSHIRE AUTHOR
LYNDA RENHAM

This book is set in a village in Oxfordshire where the crime rate is low. We meet Detective Sergeant Beth Harper who has lived in the village most of her life. Detective Inspector Tom Miller arrives from London. He immediately clashes with Beth — who feels his judgement as a police officer will be affected by a recent tragedy in Tom's life. A local school teacher is brutally attacked and left for dead in her home. Could this be a burglary gone wrong, or could it be connected to Tom's troubled past?
